Two invoices grabbed the same numberA retry. Both customers were understanding and I still did not enjoy the mail. The sequence is locked now. Posting because billing bugs feel private and they should not be.

Does your invoice say tax or VAT in the line item?A customer in one country corrected the wording and then paid. I do not want a unique template per argument. I also do not want finance to bounce a PDF over a noun.

Checkout works and the tax note does notEuropean customers are asking for a VAT line I do not show cleanly. The payment succeeds. The PDF is what they forward to finance, and finance is the one who stalls the renewal.

Is a 20 percent annual discount buying commitment or just a cheaper month?Finance teams ask for annual. I am not sure the discount is why, or if they would have paid the monthly total for a purchase order. I do not want to train people to wait for a sale.
