I would not read SupportLayer as a finished promise. "SupportLayer is a shared inbox with saved replies for founders who are still the entire support team" still needs a second team to ask before it grows.

I have done the neighboring job by hand. "Customer support workspace for bootstrapped founders" was easy to miss once the week was full. Does SupportLayer assume someone is watching for that?
