Docs search failed on the exact title of the articleA stemmer ate the product name. I would have blamed the user. The query was perfect. The index was precious. Fixed, with a test that uses our own name.

One page ranks and the signup rate is awfulA comparison page is on the first page for a modest query. It gets a few dozen visits a week. Almost nobody starts a trial from it. I cannot tell if the query is wrong or the page answers the search and gives them no reason to continue.
