Card up front cut trial starts in half
Requiring a card made the trial list smaller and the paid rate higher. I am not sure the trade is worth it at this stage, because I still need to watch people get stuck.

At low traffic I would rather have the stuck recordings. The card can come back when you are no longer reading every signup.
I kept the card off and added a human check-in on day seven for anyone who finished setup. More work, better conversations than the card gate gave me.
I would stay with "Requiring a card made the trial list smaller and the paid rate higher" for the week already named. A quieter result is still a result.

Demos fill the week and close some of the larger accounts. They also hide product confusion because I explain it live. I do not know which invoices would have happened without me on the call.

- Three pricing tiers and I cannot defend the middle one
The middle plan exists because pricing pages seem to have one. Customers either take the cheap seat or ask for the top. Nobody is choosing the middle on purpose.

- Is a 20 percent annual discount buying commitment or just a cheaper month?
Finance teams ask for annual. I am not sure the discount is why, or if they would have paid the monthly total for a purchase order. I do not want to train people to wait for a sale.

- Do you price per workspace or per person?
Per person punishes the moment a founder invites a teammate, which is the moment I most want. Per workspace feels like I am leaving money in the account of larger teams.
