I do not want to open the repo after a flat launchThe launch was not a disaster. It was quiet. I have been treating that quiet like a personal verdict and the work has stalled. I am curious how other people restarted without pretending the launch went well.

I am staying bootstrapped and I want that to be a choiceIt is fashionable to announce it. For me it is mostly that I do not want a board while I am still finding the job the product does. The constraint is real. So is the relief.
