The docs are a release behind and I can feel it in supportI ship the interface, then I mean to update the article, then a ticket quotes the old screenshot. I need a smaller ritual than 'rewrite the docs.'

Docs that sound friendly and still get people unstuckI swing between a joke and a manual. The joke does not help at the step that fails. The manual sounds like I dislike the reader. There is a middle and I have not found the sentence.

Evenings are enough until the support load arrivesI can build at night. I cannot answer a customer at lunch and also be decent at the day job. The product is reaching the point where silence has a cost. I do not have a plan yet, just the collision.
