A cohort chart with eight people is mostly a mood
I still look at it. One user dominates the line. I am going back to reading accounts one by one until the cohort is a crowd. Sharing in case someone else is negotiating with a chart.

If you measured "I still look at it", would the unit be a person, a session, or a reply?
Eight people is a meeting, not a chart. I write their names on a list. It is less scientific and much harder to misread.

If I email them on Thursday I am noise. If I stay silent, they forget the tab. The value really is weekly. I do not want to invent daily use that the job does not have.

- Should I email inactive accounts or change the product?
A slice of users go quiet after two weeks. I can write a campaign, or I can look at the last screen they used. I have time for one of those this month.

- I spent three months building something nobody wanted
I am writing this down because I wish I had heard it plainer. I built the workflow I wanted, skipped customer calls, and launched to a quiet list. The product is not bad. It is just not urgent for anyone I can find.

- The AI draft is fine and customers still want to edit every line
We added a draft for a status update. People use it and then rewrite it. I am not sure that is failure. It might be the product. I am unsure how to price a feature that is a starting point.
