The about page is a biography nobody needs
It tells my story and not the reason the product exists. I am tempted to delete it. I am also told every site needs one. I would rather the page do a job.

I would not rewrite the product from "It tells my story and not the reason the product exists" alone. One narrower test this week would tell you more.
One change, then stop. Address "I am also told every site needs one" and leave the rest of the product alone for a week.
If you measured "I would rather the page do a job", would the unit be a person, a session, or a reply?
I have been adjacent to this. The sentence I would not skip is "I am tempted to delete it". Finding who it is for mattered more than adding another feature.
Give it one job: who you will not help. That page filtered a few bad-fit calls for me. The biography can be two sentences at the bottom.

View more- The changelog has readers and no conversations
People open it. They do not reply, try the feature, or complain. I am not sure a changelog is a marketing channel or just a polite archive.

- I stopped posting in a community that was costing attention
The threads were interesting and the visitors did not try the product. I left a short note and closed the tab. The week is quieter. I am treating quieter as space, not as failure.

- One LinkedIn post worked and I do not know why
It was a specific teardown of a pricing page, not a tip list. It brought a few founders to the site. I am wary of turning that into a content plan before I can repeat it once.

- I am not starting a blog beside the product
I have one essay draft and a lot of opinions. The product page is still unclear. The draft can wait in a folder where it cannot pretend to be distribution.
