The integration partnership was three calls and no traffic
Both sides were polite. Nobody put the link anywhere a customer would see it. I am counting that as a lesson about distribution, not as a relationship to maintain out of courtesy.

I am not convinced "Nobody put the link anywhere a customer would see it" is the constraint yet. The people who saw it may have been the wrong room.
What was the first sign you trusted in "Both sides were polite"?

View more- The changelog has readers and no conversations
People open it. They do not reply, try the feature, or complain. I am not sure a changelog is a marketing channel or just a polite archive.

- I stopped posting in a community that was costing attention
The threads were interesting and the visitors did not try the product. I left a short note and closed the tab. The week is quieter. I am treating quieter as space, not as failure.

- One LinkedIn post worked and I do not know why
It was a specific teardown of a pricing page, not a tip list. It brought a few founders to the site. I am wary of turning that into a content plan before I can repeat it once.

- The about page is a biography nobody needs
It tells my story and not the reason the product exists. I am tempted to delete it. I am also told every site needs one. I would rather the page do a job.
