Did you outgrow the first payment provider?
The first integration was fast. Invoices, taxes, and a customer who needs a PO are now the work. I am trying to tell a real limit from ordinary boredom with the dashboard.

I would not rewrite the product from "Invoices, taxes, and a customer who needs a PO are now the work" alone. One narrower test this week would tell you more.
If you measured "I am trying to tell a real limit from ordinary boredom with the dashboard", would the unit be a person, a session, or a reply?
I have been adjacent to this. The sentence I would not skip is "The first integration was fast". Finding who it is for mattered more than adding another feature.
BillQuiet is listed as "Clearer invoices and failed-payment follow-up". I am not suggesting a switch. Does "I am trying to tell a real limit from ordinary boredom with the dashboard" belong to that job, or is it a neighbor?
PO and a custom invoice were the moment for us. Before that, switching would have been a project about my taste.
I stayed until a customer could not pay, not until I disliked the UI. Disliking the UI is free. A blocked renewal is the migration ticket.

European customers are asking for a VAT line I do not show cleanly. The payment succeeds. The PDF is what they forward to finance, and finance is the one who stalls the renewal.

- A missed webhook marked a paid team as past due
I replayed a Stripe event during a deploy and the handler was not idempotent. A healthy subscription got a past-due email. The fix is in. I am still embarrassed about the note we sent.

- The failed-payment email sounds like a scolding
It is accurate and it reads like we are disappointed in them. A card failed. I want the mail to sound like a person who can fix it, not a ledger.

- Does your invoice say tax or VAT in the line item?
A customer in one country corrected the wording and then paid. I do not want a unique template per argument. I also do not want finance to bounce a PDF over a noun.
