I stopped writing changelogs in the passive voice
We shipped became I fixed, when it was me. The page sounds smaller and more accurate. I do not know if that helps distribution. It helps me reread it.

I would not rewrite the product from "We shipped became I fixed, when it was me" alone. One narrower test this week would tell you more.
I have been adjacent to this. The sentence I would not skip is "The page sounds smaller and more accurate". Finding who it is for mattered more than adding another feature.

View more- The changelog has readers and no conversations
People open it. They do not reply, try the feature, or complain. I am not sure a changelog is a marketing channel or just a polite archive.

- I stopped posting in a community that was costing attention
The threads were interesting and the visitors did not try the product. I left a short note and closed the tab. The week is quieter. I am treating quieter as space, not as failure.

- One LinkedIn post worked and I do not know why
It was a specific teardown of a pricing page, not a tip list. It brought a few founders to the site. I am wary of turning that into a content plan before I can repeat it once.

- The about page is a biography nobody needs
It tells my story and not the reason the product exists. I am tempted to delete it. I am also told every site needs one. I would rather the page do a job.
