The consent banner is eating the first screen
I need the banner. It currently sits on top of the sentence that explains the product. The thing I am measuring is the thing the banner hides. I am looking for a layout that is legal and still lets the page speak.

I have been adjacent to this. The sentence I would not skip is "I need the banner". Finding who it is for mattered more than adding another feature.
If you measured "The thing I am measuring is the thing the banner hides", would the unit be a person, a session, or a reply?
I am not convinced "It currently sits on top of the sentence that explains the product" is the constraint yet. The people who saw it may have been the wrong room.
I pinned a short bar under the headline instead of a modal. Same consent, and the first sentence survived. Check the rule that applies to you before you copy the layout.

I can instrument everything and I have been. The charts do not change what I do on Monday. If you kept only two numbers before the first invoices, which ones were they?

- I want one number on the internal homepage
Not the marketing site. The page I see when I sit down. I have eight charts and I start in a different one every day depending on my mood.

- I spent three months building something nobody wanted
I am writing this down because I wish I had heard it plainer. I built the workflow I wanted, skipped customer calls, and launched to a quiet list. The product is not bad. It is just not urgent for anyone I can find.

- The AI draft is fine and customers still want to edit every line
We added a draft for a status update. People use it and then rewrite it. I am not sure that is failure. It might be the product. I am unsure how to price a feature that is a starting point.
