You can ask for your account to be closed. There is no self-service erase button yet, and some records can remain where the law or security requires that.

Retention periods for logs, backups, and support mail are pending an audit of the live systems. This page does not invent those periods.
How to ask
Email info@mhtsoftware.net from the email address on the account. Say that you want the account closed. We may ask you to confirm that you control the account. Settings explains the same request path and does not offer a button that deletes the database immediately.
Closing an account is meant to end profile access. Public attribution may be anonymized or removed where that is appropriate. Discussions may remain only when there is a lawful reason and subject to deletion rights. A SaaS listing that other people rely on may need to be reassigned or closed. We cannot promise to remove copies that already exist on other websites or in search engines.
What can remain
Deletion or anonymization is subject to security, abuse prevention, lawful record-keeping, claims, and backups. Those exceptions should stay narrow. Suspension is handled under the Moderation Policy, not by this request form.
