Status

Pending legal review. This page is a draft prepared for SaaSInvader. It is not a claim that the platform is certified or compliant with KVKK, GDPR, or any other law.

Draft date: 10 October 2026.

If the EU Digital Services Act applies, the extra notice, statement-of-reasons, and redress steps for the service's size and role are not all implemented. This page does not call the platform DSA-compliant.

How to report

Use Report on a post, comment, profile, listing, or build update, or email info@mhtsoftware.net. Identify the link, the concern, and evidence you already have. Do not attach sensitive personal information you do not need to send. Credible imminent danger, child safety, serious threats, privacy exposure, and urgent security issues are prioritized.

Review and outcomes

Review considers the applicable law, context, severity, repeat behavior, the chance of harm, and the evidence available. Outcomes can include no action, a request for clarification, a warning, a label, reduced visibility, removal, an account restriction, or a referral where the law requires one. Staff can also act without a report. The reporter's identity is not routinely shown to the reported person, subject to lawful process.

The current product stores the report for staff. It does not automatically remove the target. It does not currently generate a formal statement-of-reasons document inside the product.

Appeals

Where a reason and a review are required, email info@mhtsoftware.net. Include the decision, the URL, and the context. A fixed appeal window has not been approved. Duplicate requests may be grouped. Lawful complaint rights stay available. There is no in-app appeal queue separate from this email path.
