Before adding anything to TrialMap, I would ask someone who already handles "TrialMap shows the few actions that showed up before a paid plan, and the ones that did not matter" what they skip.
I would not read TrialMap as a finished promise. "TrialMap shows the few actions that showed up before a paid plan, and the ones that did not matter" still needs a second team to ask before it grows.
I have done the neighboring job by hand. "See which trial steps happen before someone pays" was easy to miss once the week was full. Does TrialMap assume someone is watching for that?
Who already does "See which trial steps happen before someone pays" without TrialMap? That is the person I would talk to first.
