- Effective date:
- Pending approval

Status of this notice
Pending legal review. This page is a draft prepared for SaaSInvader. It is not a claim that the platform is certified or compliant with KVKK, GDPR, or any other law.
The data controller's exact registered name, registered address, and VERBİS status are pending review. Publishing this page does not register the operator with the Turkish authority.
The registered legal name of the operator has not been verified. MHT Software is the trading name shown by the user and on https://www.mhtsoftware.net/. Do not treat that website name as a confirmed registered entity.
The address published on the MHT Software website is Gazi Mustafa Kemalpaşa, Öztrak Cd. No:38 Kat:2 Daire:2, 59500 Çerkezköy/Tekirdağ, Türkiye. It has not been confirmed as the registered office or as the address for legal notices.
Until a dedicated legal, privacy, copyright, or security mailbox is confirmed, notices can be sent to info@mhtsoftware.net. That address is the contact shown on the MHT Software website and has not been separately verified as the official notice address for SaaSInvader.
Categories, purposes, and bases to verify
The table uses the product's actual features. The KVKK Article 5 condition in each row is a drafting label for counsel, not a completed legal opinion.
| Category | How it is collected | Purpose | Basis to verify |
|---|---|---|---|
| Account identity and contact | Signup, Google or GitHub sign-in, profile editing | Create the account, authenticate, and answer account requests | Art. 5(2)(c) where a contract requires it; confirm each step |
| Posts, comments, listings, images, and video | What you submit | Publish the content you chose to make public and run the community features | Art. 5(2)(c), as applicable; publicity still needs review |
| Votes, follows, bookmarks, notification settings | What you do in the product | Provide the feature you used and limit abuse | Art. 5(2)(c) or 5(2)(f) only after a legitimate-interest test |
| Security and technical logs | Requests to the servers | Detect abuse, protect accounts, investigate incidents | Art. 5(2)(f), or Art. 5(2)(ç) when a specific legal duty applies |
| Support messages | Email you send | Answer the request and keep a record if one is required | Contract, legal duty, or legitimate interest, once assigned |
| Optional marketing preference | A separate unchecked choice | Send promotional email only when you opt in | Where consent is required, Art. 5(1), collected separately from the Terms |
Recipients and transfers
Recipients that are actually in the architecture are Supabase for the database and file storage, an operator-configured SMTP service for transactional email, and Google or GitHub only when you start that sign-in. Staff see reports and records needed for moderation. Authorities receive information when the law requires it.
The country of each provider, and the KVKK Article 9 basis for any transfer abroad, are pending review. Google Analytics may receive page measurements from visitors who accept analytics. No advertising network is connected to the public site.
Article 11 rights
Under KVKK Article 11, a data subject may ask whether information is processed, ask for details and purposes, learn domestic or foreign recipients, ask for corrections and for those corrections to be told to the relevant recipients, request deletion or destruction when the legal conditions are met and for that to be told to the relevant recipients, object to a result that comes only from automated analysis where that applies, and request compensation where the legal conditions are met.
Apply to info@mhtsoftware.net. Identify yourself in a proportionate way and do not send new sensitive documents unless they are necessary. Applications are handled within the statutory deadline once the controller identity is confirmed. This notice is shown as information. Optional consent, including marketing email, is collected separately.
