Creators keep the rights in original User Content. Uploading it does not place it in the public domain, transfer the copyright to SaaSInvader, or prove that you own a product. Attribution is not a substitute for permission. Logos and marks belong to their owners.

The license in the Terms covers hosting, storage, technical formatting such as thumbnails, display, and distribution inside the product. Do not upload copyrighted screenshots, paid designs, customer photos, music, video, confidential source code, proprietary documents, or third-party logos unless you have a valid basis.

Send an intellectual-property concern to info@mhtsoftware.net. Include your name and contact details, the work or mark, the exact URLs, why you own it or are authorized, why the use is unauthorized, and a statement that the notice is accurate and made in good faith. Add any signature or declaration the applicable law requires.

We may ask for more evidence. We review the notice, consider exceptions and permitted uses, restrict content where that is appropriate, tell the uploader when that is fair and lawful, and accept a counter-notice by email. A knowingly false notice can itself lead to action. Privacy, threats, and other illegal-content reports should use Report or the safety contact, not this copyright path.

Whether a US DMCA designated agent must be registered has not been decided. Do not describe SaaSInvader as having one.
